Why Our Customers Choose Us

Fully Accredited Wheelchair-Accessible Vehicles

Our fleet is purpose-built to handle all types of mobility equipment safely and comfortably. This ensures you can travel with complete peace of mind, without ever having to transfer out of your wheelchair.

Expertly Trained, Empathetic Drivers

Our drivers are much more than just operators; they are highly trained professionals who specialise in assisted transport. They undergo regular, accredited training updates to ensure the highest standards of safety, passenger care, and disability awareness. From offering a hand at your doorstep to ensuring a smooth ride, your comfort and dignity are our top priorities.

Affordable Rates And Subsidised Travel

We believe accessible transport should be affordable for everyone. We offer highly competitive, transparent pricing with no hidden fees. For your convenience, our drivers can easily scan your WA Government Passenger Transport Subsidy Scheme (PTSS) smart cards on the spot. We also seamlessly accept Cabcharge and major credit cards, ensuring your subsidised journeys are completely hassle-free.

Our Services

Wheelchair Accessible Transport

Wheelchair Accessible Taxi in Aveley

Stay in your own chair, anchored on four-point tie-downs, from your front door to the destination door. Certified ramps and hoists, drivers held to the national wheelchair-restraint competency, and a vehicle reserved for your booking rather than dispatched from the nearest rank.

Disability Taxi in Brabham

For passengers who need patience more than they need a ramp. A held booking, a driver who walks you to the door instead of the kerb, and PTSS processed on the spot, whether or not you travel seated in a wheelchair.

NDIS Transport in Brabham

Transport that clears your plan manager first time. Self-managed and plan-managed participants handled, itemised to the line, with standing weekly bookings for work, study, therapy and day programmes in a wheelchair accessible vehicle with certified ramps and restraints.

Medical Appointment Transport in Brabham

Booked around the appointment time, not the traffic. Agreed meeting points at Sir Charles Gairdner, St John of God Subiaco and Midland, Joondalup Health Campus and Osborne Park Hospital, with your chair secured properly and a driver who waits when discharge runs late.

Rehabilitation & Therapy Transport in Brabham

The same driver, the same time, every week, so getting to therapy stops being the hard part of therapy. Standing bookings to physiotherapy, occupational therapy, hydrotherapy and day programmes across Perth, set up once and never rebooked again.

Aged Care Transport in Brabham

Door through door, not kerb to kerb. An arm down the front steps, the shopping carried in, and a driver who has allowed enough time that nobody has to hurry, whether you use a walking frame or a powerchair.

ABOUT US

Reliable Wheelchair Accessible Transport

Wheelchair Accessible Taxi in Brabham

We exist because accessible transport in Perth was letting people down. We spent years watching participants, seniors and families deal with late pickups, vehicles that arrived without the right equipment, and drivers with no real training in disability awareness. Getting to a specialist appointment at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital, a rehabilitation session in Joondalup or a family gathering in Midland should not be the most stressful part of somebody's week. So we stepped away from high-volume taxi work and built a service that does one thing properly. Every vehicle carries certified hoist and restraint systems sized for manual chairs, powerchairs and tilt-in-space chairs. Every driver holds a current Western Australian passenger transport driver authorisation, is background-checked, and must undergo special courses and trainings, which are reviewed and upgraded on a regular basis. Bookings are held for you rather than thrown to whichever car is nearest, so the vehicle that was promised is the vehicle that turns up. We carry NDIS participants, PTSS cardholders and private passengers across Perth suburbs, from Brabham and Aveley through to Subiaco and Nedlands. Ten years and more than 1,000 passengers later, the promise has not changed: safe journeys, trusted drivers, every time.

Support coordinators: you can set a participant up once and leave it alone. Give us the access requirements, chair dimensions and the standing schedule in a single call, and we hold the booking against a specific vehicle and driver rather than releasing it to a dispatch pool. Invoices go out itemised for self-managed and plan-managed participants, so a plan manager processes them first time instead of sending them back. Call 0483 926 000 to book.

Safe Arrival

We take you right to the door, not the kerb, and wait or return for you if your booking includes it.

What Our Customers Say About Us

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Everything you need to know about our Wheelchair Accessible Transport In Perth

Do you accept the WA Passenger Transport Subsidy Scheme card?

Yes. If you hold a purple PTSS card and travel seated in your wheelchair, the scheme covers 75% of the fare up to a $35 subsidy per trip. Bring the card with you and we process it at the end of the journey.

How much notice do you need to book a wheelchair accessible taxi?

Same-day trips are often possible, but medical appointments and hospital discharges are best booked as far ahead as you can. Standing weekly bookings for therapy or day programmes are set up once and never need rebooking. Call us on 0483 926 000 to check availability.

Are your drivers trained to secure a wheelchair properly?

Every driver we put on the road holds a current WA passenger transport driver authorisation and must undergo special courses and trainings, which are reviewed and upgraded on a regular basis. Your chair is anchored with four-point tie-downs and you are given a separate lap and sash belt on every trip. Nobody moves until the chair is locked down.

Which Perth suburbs do you cover?

We cover all Perth suburbs north of the river, with destinations throughout the Perth Metropolitan area.
