Terms & conditions

Perth Wheelchair Taxi Solutions

These Terms and Conditions apply to all SMS messages sent and received as part of the A2P 10DLC messaging services provided by Perth Wheelchair Taxi Solutions. Your use of this service constitutes acceptance of these terms.

Cancellation & No-Show Policy

We know that schedules can shift unexpectedly. To ensure we can manage our fleet efficiently, respect our drivers' time, and continue delivering dependable service to all passengers, we operate under the following cancellation terms:
- Standard Window: No fees apply if you notify us at least 3 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time
- Short-Notice Adjustments: Cancellations made within the 3-hour window leading up to your booking will incur a $25 administration charge to partially compensate the driver for their reserved time slot.
- On-Site Cancellations: Once a vehicle has dispatched and arrived at your designated pickup address, any cancellation or failure to appear will result in a charge for the full quoted or estimated trip fare to fully cover the driver's allocated shift and travel.
- Acceptable Channels: To protect your booking status, all cancellations must be submitted directly via phone call, SMS, or email confirmation

Thank you for partnering with us to keep transit timings reliable, fair, and respectful for our drivers and the entire Perth community.
